Description
From the Dunajec Valley of Poland. aka ‘Piekny Jas’. Large, white, kidney shaped dry bean growing on vigorous plants. Delicious beans are slightly sweet and have a thin skin. Do not presoak before cooking. Simmer until cooked while adding cold water every 20 minutes to the pot. Pole habit – requires trellising.
